Ashland Boys in 1st grade through 5th grade can join Pack 1.
Ashland Pack 1 is officially Pack 3001, but "1" is easier to say and fits on a little boy's left shoulder easier.
The Pack is over 63 years old.
In 1910, Boy Scouts of America was incorporated on February 8.
In 1930, "Cubbing" was formally launched in 1930.
In 1945, "Cubbing" changed to "Cub Scouting."
In 1947, Pack 1 was started in Ashland.
In 2005, Cub Scouting celebrated its 75th Anniversary: "75 Years of Fun, Family, and Friends."
In 2010, Boy Scouts of America celebrates its 100th Anniversary.
The Cub Scout year runs with the school year. You move up in June. There is an annual registration fee of approximately $50 for your first boy in the Cub Scout pack.
