Welcome to Ashland's Cub Scout Pack 1 !

Welcome to Pack 1's website.

Pack 1 is part of the Boy Scouts of America, it's Knox Trail Council, and the Liberty District in the council.

Cub Scouting means "doing." Everything in Cub Scouting is designed to have the boys doing things. Activities are used to achieve the aims of Scouting—citizenship training, character development, and personal fitness. Many of the activities happen right in the den and pack. The most important are the bi-weekly den meetings and the monthly pack meetings.

Apart from the fun and excitement of Cub Scout activities, the Cub Scout Promise, the Law of the Pack, and the Cub Scout sign, handshake, motto, and salute all teach good citizenship and contribute to a boy's sense of belonging.

Remember the Cub Scout Motto:   Do Your Best

Wet-n-Wild cancelled

Posted on Jul 29 2010 - 10:32pm

We are sorry to report that we have decided to cancel the Wet-n-Wild planned for this Sat. 7/31.

Due to the Water Ban in effect in Ashland, the Fire Dept cannot use any water for this event which limits the activities that were planned, especially the premier events involving the fire truck's water cannon. It is unlikely the water ban will be lifted soon, so the chances of re-scheduling later in the Summer are slim (but pray for rain anyway). Sorry for the short notice.
